Stairclimbingandtrucks2go does not offer any warranty on any of the products sold, any warranty that is mentioned on the site is a manufacturer warranty,and it is up to the consumer to rectify any issues directly with the manufacturer. We try our best to pass on this informaton as accurately as possible to our customers, but in no way shall Stairclimbinghandtrucks2go.com be responsible for any warranties.

Furthermore in case of discrepancies between the warranty mentioned on this site and the manufacturers actual warranty coverage, the manufacturers warranty shall prevail. Handtrucks2go strives to to provide our customers with a perfect and flawless shopping experience,however mistakes can and do occur.


In the event that there shall be a pricing mistake either based on shipping costs or on manufacturers charge, Stairclimbinghandtrucks2go reserves the right to cancel the sale and credit the customer all charges. Handtrucks2go puts in much effort to supply our customers with the knowledge of the correct usage of the equipment it sells, such as maximum weight capacity and similar details. Ultimately it is the consumers responsibility to verify that this information is correct directly through the manufacturer of the product. Under no circumstances shall Handtrucks2go be held liable for any injuries or death that occur while using any equipment that was bought at Handtrucks2go. Any free shipping that is mentioned on Stairclimbingandtrucks2go is only within the continental U.S.


Shipping Information

If you do not live in the lower United States and would like to place an order please call us or use the Bongo services below. Please note that the free shipping only applies to within the continental U.S.

Please be advised that it is the customers responsibility to be present when the product is delivered. This is especially important with items that are sent via freight or common carrier, where a 2nd attempt for delivery may incur an extra charge. While we will do everything we can to insure a smooth delivery and to enable clear communication between the shipper and the customer, ultimately the responsibility lies with the customer and any charges incurred will be at their expense (even if they chose to refuse the item).

Please note that free shipping and shipping charges (on those items that do not have free shipping) are intented for commercial non restricted areas with a loading dock only. The 5 Boros of NY may also be excluded. If you do not meet this criteria we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge you the extra fees that we incur for these situations. If such a scenario arises we will be in contact with you as to what your preference is. While this will not occur in most cases it can happen, so please take note of this.
